It is constructed from durable yellow ABS plastic to ensure visibility and resistance to impact and corrosion. The part is intended for use with units manufactured from 2021 onwards. It fits directly into the existing spray head mechanism without requiring tools for installation.

The nozzle delivers a controlled, gentle flow of water to flush contaminants from the eyes and face. It is effective against chemical splashes, dust, particulates, and other hazardous substances encountered in industrial or laboratory environments. The spray pattern is engineered to cover the entire facial area while minimising water pressure to avoid injury. It meets safety requirements for immediate decontamination following exposure.

Installation is suitable for wall-mounted or pedestal-mounted emergency wash units in factories, workshops, schools, and medical facilities. It is not compatible with units produced before 2021 due to design changes in the internal threading and flow chamber. Regular inspection and timely replacement of this part ensure the wash station remains functional and compliant with safety standards. The bright yellow colour aids in quick location during emergencies.

Made from yellow ABS plastic for durability and visibility

Designed as a direct replacement for 2021 onwards emergency wash units

Provides effective flushing action for eyes and face during chemical exposure

Not suitable for use with pre-2021 model emergency shower or eyewash systems
