These card-based tags feature a high-visibility yellow background with black diagonal stripes, ensuring they are easily spotted by operators in busy environments. Each tag includes dedicated sections for recording the authorised person, their department, and the specific date and time of application.

During a standard lockout tagout process, these tags are attached to energy isolation points after the power source is locked. This step provides a visual warning that maintenance or repairs are underway, preventing the accidental restart of equipment. By clearly identifying who is responsible for the isolation, the tags help maintain a strict safety chain of command until the work is completed.

These markers are suitable for use in warehouses, factories, and mechanical workshops where temporary isolation is required. The inclusion of a metal eyelet allows for secure fastening to valves, switches, or breakers. Using these tags helps businesses comply with safety protocols by ensuring that no machine is switched on while a technician is still exposed to potential hazards.

Yellow and black cardstock design

Dimensions of 100mm x 150mm

Includes metal eyelet for attachment

Pack contains 100 individual tags

https://www.starsafetysupplies.com.au/products/brady-caution-do-not-start-lockout-tag-842366-100x150mm-card-pack-of-100
