These tags feature a high-visibility yellow and black colour scheme with diagonal hazard stripes to ensure they are easily spotted by staff. Each tag includes a metal eyelet for secure attachment to the isolated device, preventing accidental activation of faulty machinery.

During a lockout tagout procedure, these markers serve as a critical communication tool. Once a technician identifies a fault, the tag is fastened to the energy isolation point. The user fills in the designated sections for their name, department, and the specific time of placement. This ensures that all team members are aware that the asset is out of service and that a formal isolation process is in effect.

This product is ideal for workshops, factories, and plant environments where clear visual warnings are required. The cardstock construction provides a sturdy surface for writing, making it suitable for temporary isolation tasks. By using these tags, businesses can maintain a safer workplace by preventing the use of damaged or dangerous equipment.

Yellow and black hazard design

Includes metal grommet for fastening

Fields for date, time, and operator

Supplied in a 100-piece set

https://www.starsafetysupplies.com.au/products/brady-caution-out-of-order-lockout-tag-842368-100x150mm-card-pack-of-100
