comfort-backpack-harness-for-papr-units
Comfort Backpack Harness for PAPR Units

This harness is designed to securely hold any PAPR unit in place during use. It features padded sections that cushion the shoulders and back, helping to spread the weight of the equipment evenly. The design allows for easy fitting to a wide range of PAPR models without modification. Workers can adjust the straps to achieve a snug, comfortable fit that reduces strain over long shifts.

By positioning the PAPR unit at shoulder height, the harness keeps the breathing apparatus clear of work surfaces and equipment. This setup is especially useful for operators who need to sit while managing plant machinery, as it prevents the unit from shifting or interfering with movement. The harness maintains stability even when bending or reaching, ensuring consistent protection. It supports uninterrupted airflow by keeping the unit properly oriented.

The harness is intended for use with a light flexi hose and QuickLOCK connection, which are recommended for optimal performance. An optional Back Harness Adapter allows integration with AerGo systems, sold separately. It does not include the PAPR unit, hose, or filters — only the carrying framework. The focus is on ergonomic support and reliable positioning in demanding environments.

Padded design distributes weight across shoulders and back

Fits all standard PAPR units without tools or alterations

Positions unit at shoulder height for seated operation

Adjustable straps ensure a secure and comfortable fit
