dust-cover-cap
Dust Cover Cap

This component is designed to shield the nozzle assembly of emergency eye and face wash units from dust, dirt and environmental contaminants. It fits securely over the spray outlets when the unit is not in active use, helping maintain hygiene and readiness. Made from durable AES plastic, it withstands regular handling and exposure to workplace conditions. The cap is intended as a spare part for pre-2021 models of combined shower and eyewash equipment.

By covering the nozzles, it prevents blockages that could impair water flow during an emergency rinse. This ensures the flushing action remains effective and immediate when needed to cleanse hazardous substances from the eyes or face. Protection from particulate matter also reduces maintenance needs and extends the service life of the wash system. It supports compliance with safety protocols by keeping critical equipment clean and operational.

The cap is used in workplaces where emergency eyewash and shower stations are installed, such as laboratories, workshops, manufacturing plants and chemical handling areas. It is specifically suited for units manufactured before 2021 that feature a triple nozzle configuration for eye and face washing. Installation is straightforward, requiring no tools—simply press the cap into place over the nozzles. It is sold individually as a replacement part to maintain equipment integrity.

Fits pre-2021 triple nozzle eye and face wash assemblies

Made from AES plastic for durability and chemical resistance

Protects nozzles from dust, debris and contamination

Sold individually as a direct spare part replacement
