dust-cover-caps-pack-of-2
Dust Cover Caps Pack of 2

This product consists of two dust cover caps designed specifically for single eye wash nozzle assemblies. They are intended as spare parts for pre-2021 model emergency shower and eyewash units. The caps fit securely over the nozzle to keep out dust, debris and other airborne particles when the equipment is not in use. Made from durable premium plastic, they maintain the integrity of the eye wash system between inspections or activations.

The primary function of these caps is to protect the eye wash nozzle from environmental contaminants that could compromise water flow or introduce foreign matter during an emergency. By sealing the nozzle opening, they help ensure that when activated, the flushing fluid remains clean and safe for ocular irrigation. This protection is critical in maintaining compliance with safety standards and preventing secondary injury during use.

These dust covers are suitable for installation in industrial workshops, laboratories, manufacturing plants and other facilities where emergency eyewash stations are required. They are fitted directly onto the nozzle assembly of compatible pre-2021 units and remain in place until the equipment is needed for use. Regular inspection should include checking cap condition and replacing them if cracked, discoloured or no longer sealing properly.

Fits single eye wash nozzle assemblies on pre-2021 units

Keeps nozzles free from dust and debris when not in use

Constructed from premium plastic for long term durability

Designed to meet AS4775 safety equipment requirements
