It features printed alignment guides that allow users to visually evaluate whether the spray pattern meets required standards. The transparent construction enables clear observation of water flow and distribution during testing. It is used as part of routine maintenance and compliance verification procedures.

The gauge protects against inadequate flushing coverage that could fail to rinse contaminants from the eyes or face during an emergency. By confirming proper spray width, height, and distribution, it helps ensure the equipment delivers sufficient fluid volume to affected areas. This verification is critical for preventing injury or long-term harm in hazardous environments. It supports workplace safety by validating that safety equipment functions as intended when needed most.

It is typically used in industrial facilities, laboratories, chemical plants, and other workplaces where emergency eyewash stations are installed. Safety officers or maintenance personnel use it during periodic inspections to check compliance with AS4775 standards. The gauge is held at the specified distance from the nozzle to observe and adjust spray patterns accordingly. Its use is recommended wherever eyewash equipment is relied upon for immediate decontamination.

Transparent plastic construction for clear visual assessment

Printed guides assist in aligning and evaluating spray patterns

Used to test eyewash and eyeface wash units for AS4775 compliance

Helps confirm adequate flushing coverage for eye and face safety

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0610/4806/2081/files/eyewash-test-gauge-plastic-transparent-seewgauge-1.jpg?v=1790508249
