p2-prefilters-for-half-mask-respirators-5-pairs
P2 Prefilters for Half Mask Respirators - 5 Pairs

This item is a disposable prefilter intended for use with specific half-face or full-face respirator systems. It is designed to capture larger particulates before they reach the main filter, helping to extend the life of the primary filtration element. The prefilter is sold in packs containing five pairs, meaning ten individual units per pack. It is constructed to fit securely onto the respirator inlet without the need for tools or adhesives.

The prefilter provides protection against non-oil-based airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and certain mists commonly encountered in workshops, construction sites, and manufacturing settings. It does not protect against gases, vapours, or oil-based aerosols. Its filtration efficiency meets the P2 standard for particle capture under specified test conditions. It is not intended for use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres or immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) environments.

It is typically used in environments where workers are exposed to fine particulate matter during tasks such as sanding, grinding, cutting, or handling powders. Common applications include woodworking, metalworking, mineral processing, and general maintenance. The prefilter is worn externally on the respirator, positioned in front of the main cartridge or filter. It should be replaced when breathing resistance increases or according to the manufacturer’s reuse guidelines.

Designed as a prefilter for compatible respirator systems

Captures larger particles to prolong main filter life

Meets P2 efficiency for non-oil-based particulates

Supplied in packs of five pairs (ten units)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0610/4806/2081/files/p2-prefilters-for-half-mask-respirators-5-pairs-r7n11-p2.jpg?v=1790776416
