stainless-steel-ring-for-eyewash
Stainless Steel Ring for Eyewash

This component is a replacement ring designed for use with emergency eyewash systems. It is made from 304 grade stainless steel and finished in a silver colour. The ring secures the aerator assembly to ensure proper water flow during use. It is intended for installation on units manufactured from 2021 onwards. Compatibility with older models is not supported. Correct fit is essential for reliable operation during emergency rinsing.

The ring helps maintain the integrity of the eyewash flow by holding the aerator in place. A secure aerator ensures water is delivered in a soft, spray pattern suitable for flushing contaminants from the eyes. Without a properly fitted ring, the aerator may loosen or dislodge during use. This could reduce effectiveness when immediate flushing is required. The part supports consistent performance in safety-critical situations.

It is used in laboratories, industrial workshops, and manufacturing facilities where eye hazards exist. The ring is installed during maintenance or after damage to the original component. Only trained personnel should perform the replacement to ensure correct alignment. Once fitted, the eyewash should be tested to confirm proper spray coverage. Regular checks help maintain readiness for emergency use.

Replacement ring for eyewash aerator assemblies

Made from 304 stainless steel with silver finish

Designed for units built from 2021 onwards

Ensures secure fit for proper eyewash spray pattern

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0610/4806/2081/files/stainless-steel-ring-for-eyewash-570028-1.jpg?v=1790507693
