The AC20HO-685 is a 2000kg capacity hand brake pallet jack built for heavy-duty lifting in warehouses, distribution centres and industrial workshops. As a core piece of materials handling equipment, it provides the mechanical advantage needed to shift dense pallets and bulk materials across flat surfaces without the need for powered machinery.

Operators can manage heavy loads with less physical strain thanks to the entry and exit rollers, which smooth the transition onto the pallet and reduce wear on the load rollers. The 3-position control handle allows the user to adjust their grip and stance for better leverage and comfort during long shifts. To handle varying pallet types, the push rod under the forks is fully adjustable, ensuring the lifting mechanism engages correctly across different load configurations. This design reduces the risk of pallet damage and improves the speed of loading and unloading tasks for floor staff.

The unit features a totally sealed hydraulic pump for consistent lifting performance and a net weight of 82kg. It is equipped with 200 x 50mm rubber cover iron steering wheels and 82 x 93/70mm single nylon polyurethane load rollers. The fork dimensions are 1150mm in length and 685mm in width, with a height range of 85mm to 200mm.
