2000kg Capacity Pallet Leveller | Warehouse Loading

The PLG1C is a spring-actuated pallet leveller used to keep loads at a consistent height during packing and unpacking. It belongs in high-volume warehouse and distribution centres where staff are constantly moving stock from pallets into plastic crates or shipping containers. By automating the vertical position of the load, it eliminates the need for manual lifting or constant repositioning of the pallet.

This unit operates by using a spring mechanism that responds instantly to changes in weight. As items are removed from a stillage or pallet, the platform rises, ensuring the worker does not have to bend down to reach the bottom layers. This reduces the risk of musculoskeletal strain and speeds up the palletising process. The integrated turntable allows the operator to rotate the load easily, providing quick access to all sides of the goods without having to manually shift the entire base. This is particularly useful when organising heavy storage bins or bulky industrial components.

The system features a closed table type with a platform size of 1110mm and a basement size of 920 x 930mm. It supports a maximum capacity of 2000kg, with a platform height ranging from a minimum of 240mm to a maximum of 705mm.
