Manual picking from deep pallets often leads to repetitive strain and back injuries due to constant bending. This pallet leveller solves that problem by keeping the active layer of a load at or above waist height. It is a heavy-duty addition to any materials handling equipment fleet, specifically suited for high-volume warehouses and industrial packing stations where ergonomics are a priority.

The unit uses a scissor-type action with adjustable spring combinations to maintain the load height automatically. By eliminating the need for workers to crouch or overstretch, it reduces the risk of musculoskeletal injuries during long shifts. A low friction bearing-supported turntable allows the operator to rotate the load effortlessly, meaning they can access all sides of the pallet without walking around the unit. For mobility, the improved fork pockets allow a pallet jack to move the entire assembly quickly across the workshop floor.
