The DL1600C Super Mover is a heavy-duty hand trolley built for high-volume transport of stacked cartons, bulk goods, and heavy appliances. It belongs in demanding environments like busy warehouses, delivery depots, and retail loading docks where staff are constantly shifting stock from vehicles to shelving. As a robust piece of materials handling equipment, it replaces the need for multiple trips with smaller, less stable trolleys.

Efficiency on site comes from the full-height flat frame, which allows operators use to secure double stacks of boxes without the load shifting during transit. This design allows for significantly larger loads per trip compared to standard sack trucks, which reduces operator fatigue over a long shift. To reduce the risk of strain during the initial lift, the integrated EASI TILT mechanism adjusts the angle of engagement, making it easier to tip heavy loads back onto the frame. The large pneumatic wheels ensure the trolley maintains momentum across uneven workshop floors or outdoor bitumen without getting bogged down.

This unit features a 300kg load capacity and a frame measuring 1560mm high by 430mm wide. The loading plate is 240mm x 430mm x 9mm, supported by 320mm pneumatic wheels and an internal width of 375mm. The total net weight of the trolley is 25kg.
