Manually tipping heavy steel drums is a high-risk task that often leads toils the back and shoulders of warehouse staff. This drum barrel tilter removes the physical strain of pouring liquids by providing a mechanical lift and tilt system. It is a specialised piece of materials handling equipment suited for chemical plants, food processing facilities, and industrial workshops where bulk liquids must be dispensed safely.

The operator secures the drum using a screw-operated rim clamp, which eliminates the need for swapping attachments between different drum sizes. A hydraulic foot-operated pump handles the heavy lifting, raising the barrel to the required height without manual hoisting. Once positioned, the crank-operated worm gearbox and enclosed chain drive allow the user to tilt the drum smoothly. This controlled rotation reduces the risk of spills and splashes, ensuring the operator maintains a safe distance from the contents while using the ergonomic handle for precise control.
