The plank is engineered using a continuous extrusion process with structural grade aluminium, which provides high torsional stiffness. This design specifically reduces deflection and flex under load, meaning the user feels more stable and secure while working. To prevent the plank from shifting against trestles or scaffolding, rubber strips are applied to the underside for improved non-slip performance. Anodised components further protect the unit from corrosion and help stop dirt from transferring onto the surrounding work surfaces, while polypropylene end caps protect the edges from impact damage during daily transport and setup.

This Light Duty series plank is constructed from aluminium and weighs 22.0kg. It features a height of 6.0m and a load rating of 225.0kg for every 4m span. The unit measures 6.0m in shipping length, 0.23m in width, and 0.06m in height with an MF finish.
