Full Brim Non-Vented Hard Hat with Lamp Bracket

This protective headwear features a full brim design that extends around the entire helmet to shield the face, neck and shoulders from sun, rain and falling debris. It is constructed from Type 1 ABS material which provides a strong yet lightweight barrier against impact. The non-vented structure ensures no openings exist that could allow hazardous particles or objects to enter. A ratchet wheel mechanism allows for quick and secure one-handed adjustment to achieve a comfortable and stable fit.

The helmet includes a six point web harness that distributes weight evenly and enhances stability during movement. A metal bracket is integrated into the design to securely attach a miners lamp for hands-free illumination in low-light environments. This lamp attachment is fixed and does not require additional tools for installation. The combination of full brim coverage and lamp readiness makes it suitable for extended outdoor and underground operations.

Each carton contains twenty units and the product is certified to meet AS/NZS 1801:1997 standards for industrial safety helmets.
