Multi-Function Dual-Light Headlamp

This headlamp uses LED technology to deliver multiple lighting modes including spotlight and floodlight options with adjustable brightness levels. It features a dual-light function that allows both beams to operate simultaneously for enhanced visibility. The housing is constructed from engineered polymer to resist impact and chemical exposure. Controls are positioned on top for easy access with gloved hands.

It is designed to prevent sparks or heat that could ignite flammable gases, vapours or dust in hazardous locations. The device meets international intrinsic safety standards for use in Zone 0 areas where explosive atmospheres are present continuously. It is suitable for oil and gas, mining, chemical processing and confined space operations. The light is sealed against dust and water ingress to ensure reliable performance in harsh conditions.

Worn on the head via an adjustable elastic strap or secured to a hard hat with a heavy-duty rubber band, it provides hands-free illumination. The ratchet tilt mechanism allows the user to aim the beam precisely where needed. It operates on three AAA alkaline batteries which are included with the unit. Runtime varies by mode, offering extended use in low settings for prolonged tasks.
