It is constructed from heavy duty double sided cotton drill bonded to open cell foam, making it tough enough for demanding environments. The hat is designed to be squashable, allowing it to be packed flat and return to its original form once put on. For increased comfort is provided by a terry towelling lining within the gusset. This headwear is suitable for workers requiring high-visibility gear and reliable shade. When ordered in Large or Extra Large brim options, the product meets AS/NZS 4399:2017 requirements for sun protective clothing. It offers UPF 50+ protection to shield the wearer from UV exposure during long shifts outdoors.
