The construction features double-sided cotton drill bonded to open-cell foam, ensuring the hat remains tough during heavy use. A key feature is its foldable design, allowing the hat to be packed flat and regain its original form once put on. For wearer comfort, the hi-vis yellow micromesh gusset is lined with terry towelling to absorb moisture. The wide 9cm brim includes flexible edging to maintain its shape. This headwear is suitable for tradespeople and outdoor operators requiring high-visibility gear and a UPF 50+ rating. When selected in Large or Extra Large brim options, the hat meets the AS/NZS 4399:2017 standard for sun protective clothing.
