Organic Peroxide Storage Cabinet 100L

This is a purpose-built storage unit designed for the secure containment of organic peroxides in either liquid or solid form. It meets Australian safety standards for handling hazardous materials. The cabinet features a double-walled steel construction with a corrosion-resistant finish. Internal components are arranged to allow safe organisation and access.

It protects against fire, heat transfer, and accidental spillage by containing vapours and preventing external ignition sources from reaching stored materials. Ventilation points include flame arrestors to stop flashback. Doors close automatically and are held shut by magnetic latches that release under internal pressure. The design minimises heat ingress through overlapping seals.

Used in laboratories, manufacturing plants, and chemical storage facilities where organic peroxides are processed or stored. It is not worn but installed fixed in place, typically on a level floor or pallet. The unit supports safe work practices by isolating hazardous substances from personnel and ignition sources. Optional internal shelves can be added to adjust storage height as needed.
