This storage unit is constructed entirely from white polypropylene, offering a seamless, non-metallic solution for hazardous material containment. All structural components, including walls, floor, roof and door, are formed from the same thick polypropylene sheet. The design eliminates any internal or external metal parts to prevent corrosion and contamination.

It provides reliable protection against leaks, spills and vapour escape from stored corrosive liquids such as sulphuric, hydrochloric and nitric acid. The liquid-tight sump at the base captures accidental discharges, while the sealed construction minimises environmental exposure. Spring-loaded hinges ensure the door closes and latches securely after each use. An integrated locking mechanism with key access prevents unauthorised handling.

Designed for under-bench placement, the low-profile form fits neatly beneath work surfaces in labs, workshops or maintenance areas. The single door features rebated edging for a clean, flush appearance when closed. Internal shelving and supports are moulded from the same polypropylene, ensuring full chemical compatibility. Ventilation provisions are included as a kit for optional installation, and rubber feet stabilise the unit on uneven floors.
