Description and applications
Safety officers and leading hands reach for these danger tags when a hazard needs instant recognition across a busy worksite. The bold red and black header with the word DANGER signals a condition that could cause serious injury or death, cutting through background noise so every worker sees the warning before they enter the zone. Tags attach quickly to isolation points, scaffold tags, valve handles or machinery controls, giving supervisors a fast way to lock out energy sources or mark off unsafe areas during shift changes.
Each tag is sized at 125 mm by 75 mm, large enough to read from a short distance but compact enough to fit on crowded panels or narrow pipework. The matt finish reduces glare under site lighting, and the surface accepts permanent marker so the authorised person can write the date, name and nature of the hazard directly on the tag. A reinforced eyelet resists tearing when the tag is cable-tied or wire-locked to the isolation point, so it stays legible for the duration of the job.
Supplied in packs suited to site stores, the tags keep compliance paperwork moving without waiting for custom prints. They suit construction sites, maintenance shutdowns, mining operations and any workplace where immediate visual warning prevents incidents.
