Description and applications
This Australian made cylinder restraint system is designed to hold gas bottles, oxygen tanks, oil drums and fire extinguishers firmly in place. By maintaining constant contact with the vessel, the system stops both side-to-side and up-and-down shifting. These kits are suitable for mounting to vehicle trays or internal building structures using bolts. The design focuses on safety and efficiency, allowing operators to snap cylinders into the brackets without needing to lift them, which reduces the risk of manual handling injuries. When swapping bottles, a single pull on the straps enables a fast changeover. For added versatility, quick release pins allow the restraints to be moved or cleared when not required. The kit consists of both upper and lower fittings constructed from 316 stainless steel, paired with UV stabilised flexible nylon chocks in red to ensure long-term durability in harsh environments.
