Description and applications
This low-profile rotating beacon merges traditional rotator mechanics with modern LED efficiency. Designed for heavy-duty environments, it features a specialised reflector that casts light both outwards and downwards to increase visibility. The unit is built with a UV-stabilised polycarbonate lens and an aluminium base that manages heat dissipation effectively. It is engineered to withstand dust and water ingress, making it suitable for rugged worksites and vehicle mounting. The beacon operates on a 12-24 VDC range and uses a direct silicone drive to reduce noise during operation. For ease of use, it includes a cigarette lighter plug and powerful rare earth magnets for secure attachment. This lighting solution is intended for operators requiring high-visibility warning signals on vehicles travelling up to 120 km/h, provided mounting conditions are correct. It is certified to CE and EMC/EMI standards and functions in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 75°C.
