Description and applications
These earmuffs are designed for passive hearing protection with a folding structure for easy storage. They feature a wide cup opening to accommodate larger ears or hearing aids comfortably. The headband uses steel wire with padding and micro adjustments for a secure fit. Memory foam cushions combine dense and soft layers to improve comfort and noise reduction.
The cups are made from ABS with an internal baffle to keep weight low while maintaining durability. An oil-resistant surface helps the earmuffs withstand greasy and heavy-duty work environments. Air Flow Control technology manages internal airflow to optimise sound blocking without adding bulk or pressure. This ensures consistent attenuation across various noise levels.
Attenuation is clearly marked on each cup for quick identification on site. The product meets AS/NZS 1270:2002 standards with an SLC80 rating of 31dB and Class 5 protection. It is sold individually with a carton quantity of ten units. The compact fold allows safe transport and storage between uses.
