Getting a technician or operator safely up to a mid-level shelf or machine interface often involves unstable makeshift solutions. This 6-step aluminium access platform provides a secure, stable base for personnel in warehouse and industrial settings, replacing the need for precarious ladders when prolonged work at height is required. It creates a dedicated workstation that allows the user to remain balanced and focused on the task.

The design focuses on stability and ease of movement across a busy workshop floor. Large 125mm wheels allow the unit to glide smoothly into position, while the manually operated braking system with a high-visibility powder-coated arm reduces the risk of unauthorised movement while in use. The 100mm deep treads provide a comfortable climb, and the large platform allows the operator to access their work from three different sides. To handle the knocks of a heavy industrial environment, steel bracing is fitted under the bottom step and along the sides to protect the aluminium frame from impact damage.

This unit is manufactured to AS 1892 and features a fully welded heavy-duty aluminium construction. It includes an integrated shelf for tools and is supplied flat-packed with standard-size fasteners for assembly. The platform stands 1.65m tall and weighs 46kg.
