Description and applications
The kit includes a half-face respirator designed for extended wear with a soft silicone seal that adapts to facial contours. It features a low-profile build that reduces the amount of exhaled air re-breathed during use. All components are designed for quick disassembly and thorough cleaning. Each of the nine parts can be replaced individually to extend service life.
It provides defence against organic vapours through the use of A2-rated cartridges that capture solvents and fumes. The P2-rated pre-filters trap fine particulates such as paint mist and dust before they reach the main cartridges. A spider/retainer secures the pre-filter to the vapour cartridge for stable fit. Disposable wipes are included for routine surface cleaning of the mask.
Suitable for use in workshops, spray booths, and maintenance tasks involving solvents or airborne particles. The sealing area varies in thickness to match the nose bridge, improving comfort and reducing pressure points. A reinforced chin section helps maintain position even during speech or movement. The exhalation valve is engineered to release breath efficiently, reducing heat and moisture buildup.
