This protective over hat is designed for workers and riders who require additional sun shielding while wearing headgear. It fits securely over a variety of helmets, including those used for cycling, horse riding, and industrial hard hats. To ensure maximum airflow, the micro mesh version includes a central panel that aligns with hard hat vents, while a detachable rear section further increases ventilation in warm conditions. The design includes dedicated openings to allow for the use of earmuffs or other helmet-mounted accessories. Providing an excellent level of sun protection, this garment is rated UPF 50+ and complies with the AS/NZS 4399:2019 classification for sun protective clothing.
