This is a lightweight work shirt designed for high-visibility safety in demanding outdoor conditions. It features a two-piece structured collar and adjustable cuffs for a secure, comfortable fit. The shirt includes twin button flap pockets with a pen division on the left side for practical storage. Made from preshrunk cotton drill and mesh ventilation panels, it balances durability with breathability.
The garment protects workers by ensuring high visibility in low-light or high-risk environments through compliant reflective tape and bright orange fabric. It meets Australian safety standards for high-visibility garments in high-risk applications, including AS 4602.1:2024 and AS/NZS 1906.4:2023. The reflective tape is arranged in an H-pattern with arm loops and a cross-back (X) configuration to satisfy NSW Rail biomotion requirements. This design enhances recognition of human movement at a distance.
It is primarily used on NSW rail networks and other infrastructure sites where high-visibility safety clothing is mandatory. The shirt also provides sun protection, rated UPF 50-50+ under AS 4399:2020, offering excellent defence against UV radiation.
