The construction uses double-sided cotton drill bonded to open-cell foam, allowing the headwear to be flattened for storage and regain its form once put on. It is suitable for workers and outdoor enthusiasts who require a rugged accessory that can withstand heavy use while remaining easy to transport. For enhanced comfort in hot conditions, the hat features a micro mesh side panel lined with terry towelling to manage moisture. A 9cm brim with flexible edging provides significant shade. When selected in Large or Extra Large sizes, the hat meets AS/NZS 4399:2017 requirements for sun protective clothing, offering UPF 50+ protection against harmful UV rays. This washable garment is built to handle the rigours of various external tasks while keeping the wearer cool and protected.
