Outdoor Dangerous Goods Storage Cabinet

This cabinet is designed for the secure outdoor storage of hazardous materials. It features a single-wall galvanised steel construction with a durable blue powder coat finish both inside and out. The design includes weatherproof louvered ventilation in the doors and rear panel to ensure constant airflow. It is not suitable for indoor use and must be placed in a well-ventilated external area.

The unit helps prevent environmental contamination by containing spills within a 150mm deep liquid-tight sump at the base. A front-accessible sump plug allows for easy drainage when needed. Internal components include fixed and adjustable shelves made of heavy-duty galvanised steel, with an open mesh bottom shelf for drainage. The cabinet can be reconfigured to hold two 205-litre drums by removing the adjustable shelves.

Security and stability are enhanced by a two-point manual latching system on the doors, provision for a padlock, and rubber door seals for weather protection. It includes four heavy-duty lifting lugs, forklift channels, and foot plates with bolt-down points for concrete mounting. An external earthing point with a supplied stake and wire ensures static discharge safety. The cabinet is packed on a pallet in protective cardboard for transport and storage.
