Pelican 1022 Pick N Pluck Foam

Pelican 1022 Pick N Pluck foam converts a standard pelican case into a fitted equipment carrier. The layered foam insert sits inside the shell and lets you pluck out pre-scored cubes by hand, creating cavities that match the exact profile of each item. No cutting tools or templates are required, so the interior can be configured on site or in the workshop before the job starts.

Each layer is perforated in a grid of small cubes. Press out only the sections that correspond to your gear, leaving the surrounding foam intact to cradle corners and edges. The convoluted lid foam holds the top surface of the load, while the base layers absorb shock from drops or vibration during transport. Because the foam is removable, you can swap layouts between projects or replace a worn section without buying a new case. Technicians, photographers and field engineers all use this system to stop equipment shifting inside a hard case during vehicle transit or air freight.
