Polypropylene Corrosive Storage Cabinet

The cabinet is constructed entirely from white polypropylene, providing a durable and chemically resistant enclosure for hazardous materials. It features a low-profile design suitable for placement under workbenches or in confined spaces. All structural components, including walls, floor, roof and doors, are made from the same 15mm thick material for uniform protection. The seamless construction avoids weak points that could compromise safety during use.

It is specifically designed to resist damage from strong acids such as sulphuric, hydrochloric and nitric acid, as well as other highly corrosive chemicals. The material does not react with or degrade when exposed to these substances, ensuring long-term integrity. No metal parts are used internally or externally, eliminating the risk of corrosion or contamination. This makes it ideal for storing aggressive agents that would damage standard metal cabinets.

The unit includes a liquid-tight sump at the base to contain spills and prevent leakage onto floors or work surfaces. Doors close automatically via spring-tensioned hinges and latch securely with a key-lockable handle. Internal shelving and supports are moulded from the same polypropylene, maintaining chemical resistance throughout. Optional extra shelves can be added to suit specific storage needs.
