The Rugged Xtremes Operator is an insulated mealprep and crib backpack built around a 2 litre hydration bladder, giving tradies a single pack that carries lunch, tools and water without needing separate containers. The insulated compartment holds prepped meals at safe temperatures through a full shift, while the main cavity swallows PPE, paperwork and a laptop backpack sleeve for site office handovers. RefTex™ fabric on the exterior resists abrasion from scaffold edges and ute trays, and the black colour hides grime from civil, rail and roadwork environments.

Shoulder straps are padded and shaped to sit clear of a harness when working at height, and the sternum strap locks the load down during plant operation or ladder access. The hydration tube routes over either shoulder so operators can drink without removing the pack or breaking rhythm on the tools. External lash points take a hi-vis vest or knee pads, and the base panel resists moisture when the bag is dropped on wet formwork or muddy access tracks. A dedicated tablet pocket keeps drawings readable without digging through the main compartment.
