Description and applications
This lanyard is designed for single leg use and features an adjustable length ranging from 0.9 metres to 2 metres. It incorporates an extended length energy absorber to manage fall forces safely. The webbing is constructed from high tenacity polyester yarn with UV resistance for durability in outdoor conditions. Stitching is performed using computer controlled bar tacking machinery to ensure precision and consistency. The unique THETA stitch pattern includes 313 stitches, providing strength that matches the webbing’s breaking capacity. Drop forged hardware components are used to maintain reliability under load. The product is engineered to eliminate weak points in the harness assembly by matching lanyard and webbing strength. It is designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia to meet local safety requirements. The lanyard complies with AS/NZS 1891.5:2020 standards and has been assessed and approved by BSI. Hardware includes a double action karabiner and a snap hook for secure attachment.
