Indalex 1.8m 150kg Rating Fibreglass Extension Ladder

Running power feeds or terminating cables near live switchboards calls for an extension ladder that will not conduct current. This fibreglass ladder puts the working height within reach while keeping the user isolated from accidental contact, making it the standard choice for electricians, data installers and HVAC technicians on commercial sites. The stiles are moulded from high-visibility fibreglass that resists UV degradation and chemical splash, while the aluminium rungs are serrated for grip in dusty or oily conditions. Rope and pulley operation lets one person extend and lock the fly section smoothly, and the D-shaped rungs reduce foot fatigue during long cable pulls. Rubber feet with metal swivel shoes bite into concrete, bitumen or grating without slipping, and the rung locks engage positively so the ladder stays set until you release them. At 150 kg duty rating it carries a tradesperson plus tool belt and drill bag without flex. The 1.8 m closed length fits on a standard ute rack or through a site container door, yet extends to cover typical ceiling voids and pole-top hardware. For crews who move between switchrooms, substations and rooftop plant, this extension ladder delivers the reach and electrical insulation the job demands.
