Bailey 14 Rung Fibreglass Extension Ladder - Industrial Sites

Working at height around live electrical equipment demands a ladder that will not conduct current. This 14 rung fibreglass extension ladder is specified for industrial sites where overhead power lines, switchboards or energised machinery make aluminium unsuitable. The fibreglass stiles and rungs give electricians, maintenance technicians and riggers a stable climbing structure that isolates the user from accidental contact, while the extension function delivers the reach needed for multi-level access on plant rooms, silos and structural steel. Day to day, the fly section extends smoothly on rung locks that engage positively at each rung, letting the operator set the exact working height without overshooting. The D-shaped rungs provide a flat standing surface that reduces foot fatigue during prolonged tasks such as cable tray runs, lighting replacement or facade inspection. Non-slip feet grip concrete, grating and steel decking, and the overall weight allows two-person carry and setup without mechanical aids. Because the material does not corrode, the ladder holds up in coastal plants, chemical yards and wastewater facilities where alloy ladders degrade quickly. Fourteen rungs give a practical working length for typical industrial ceiling heights and overhead clearances. Fibreglass construction maintains its dielectric properties over the service life, making this extension ladder a core item for electrical contractors, facility managers and shutdown crews operating in high-risk zones.
