Star Aluminium 1400mm Platform Height Truck Access Platform

Warehouse operators and logistics teams use the Star 6M TAP to manage the transition between the ground and vehicle beds. This aluminium work platform is built specifically for loading and unloading operations within transport facilities and distribution centres, providing a stable, elevated area for staff to work alongside trucks and trailers.

Unlike standard ladders, this platform offers a wide deck that allows workers to move freely while handling freight. The integrated forklift pockets and lifting lugs mean the unit can be shifted between different loading bays quickly, reducing the time spent repositioning equipment. The round tubing provides a secure grip for the operator, while the curved return rail helps maintain a clear perimeter. By providing a dedicated, non-slip surface, it reduces the risk of slips and falls during repetitive loading cycles, making the workflow faster for the crew on the dock.

This model features a platform height of 1400mm and a deck area measuring 5800 x 750mm. It is constructed from robust yet lightweight aluminium and is available with either checker-plate or grid-mesh working decks. These specifications suit high-volume loading docks with frequent vehicle turnover.
