Star Aluminium 2000mm Height Landing Platform

Stepping off a ladder onto an unguarded floor or mezzanine edge is a daily hazard in plant rooms, roof access points and multi-level warehouses. This landing platform creates a secure, level step-off zone at the top of the climb so workers transition from rungs to solid footing without over-reaching or losing balance. It turns the top of the ascent into a controlled pause point rather than an awkward manoeuvre. The deck sits at 2000mm, aligning with standard floor heights and mezzanine thresholds found across industrial sites. Guardrails and a self-closing gate enclose the platform on three sides, giving the operator a positive handhold while they swing a leg through or pass tools across the threshold. The grating surface drains water and debris, maintaining grip in wet or oily conditions common around cooling towers and process areas. Because it bolts to the top of fixed vertical ladders or platform ladder systems, installation does not require structural modification to the building fabric. Maintenance crews, electricians and HVAC technicians all gain a consistent, repeatable exit routine every shift. The 2000mm platform height suits standard industrial floor levels and the galvanised steel frame resists corrosion in exposed locations. Use it wherever fixed ladders terminate at an open edge and a safe step-off is required.

• 2000mm platform height matches standard mezzanine and floor levels
• Three-sided guardrail with self-closing gate for positive fall protection
• Open grating deck drains fluid and debris for reliable footing
• Bolt-on design fits fixed vertical ladders and platform ladder tops
• Galvanised steel construction withstands weather and industrial atmospheres
