Star Aluminium 2400mm Platform Order Picker

A 2400mm platform order picker gives pickers a stable, elevated deck for reaching stock on mid-level racking without climbing shelves or balancing on forklift tines. The unit rolls into narrow aisles on lockable castors so operators can position it directly in front of the pick face, step through the gate and work with both hands free. It belongs in distribution centres, wholesale outlets and any facility where order fulfilment speed matters. Daily use is straightforward: unlock the castors, push the platform to the next bay, relock the brakes and step up through the spring-return gate. The generous deck lets a worker turn, crouch and handle cartons without over-reaching, while the full-height guardrail and kick-plate keep feet and tools from sliding off. Supervisors appreciate that the platform removes the temptation to improvise with pallets or step ladder shortcuts, cutting fatigue-related errors during peak shifts. Maintenance crews also use it for lighting changes and sprinkler inspections, so the asset stays productive across departments. The 2400mm deck height puts the operator at a comfortable working level for standard racking bays, and the powder-coated steel frame resists knocks from pallet jacks. Lockable swivel castors provide mobility without sacrificing stability once positioned. This platform order picker keeps picking crews safe and efficient through high-volume dispatch windows.
