2M Heavy Duty Shock Absorbing Lanyard

This lanyard is designed for fall arrest applications where a controlled deceleration is required during a fall event. It features an integrated shock absorber at the harness end to limit impact forces to a maximum of 6kN. The elasticated tubular polyester webbing provides a shorter relaxed length for ease of movement while maintaining strength and durability. Covered loop ends resist abrasion from snap hooks and other hardware during use. Triple action karabiners are fitted to ensure secure, high-integrity connections under load. The product is certified to AS1891.5:2020 by BSI and has a service life of ten years from manufacture. It is suitable for one person plus tools within a weight range of 60 to 140 kilograms. Users must ensure compatible connectors are used to maintain connection integrity under high gate loads.
