Description and applications
This compact strobe beacon provides high-visibility amber warning flashes for vehicles and machinery. Designed with a low profile, it uses a magnetic base for secure attachment to metal surfaces, making it suitable for temporary placement on a variety of work vehicles. The unit is powered via a 4m lead that connects to standard automotive power sockets, supporting a broad voltage range from 12V to 80VDC. To ensure durability in harsh environments, the internal circuit board is sealed with epoxy potting to extend the operational life of the component. The outer lens is made from UV stabilised polycarbonate to prevent degradation from sun exposure. This beacon is built to operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 85°C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme weather. It utilises an AGL4613D flashtube to produce its double flash signal, providing a clear visual alert for site safety and hazard awareness.
