Description and applications
The faceshield is designed as a lightweight, uncoated polycarbonate visor offering clear optical visibility. It features an extended coverage design that shields the forehead, chin and sides of the head. The visor is easily replaceable and made from high-impact resistant material. It is sold individually with a carton quantity of six units.
It provides protection against flying debris, chemical splashes and high-velocity particles encountered in machining, grinding and chemical handling tasks. The shield meets AS/NZS 1337.1:2010 standards for high impact and splash resistance. It also blocks 99.9% of harmful ultraviolet radiation. The dielectric construction ensures safety when working near electrical sources.
The headgear includes a fully adjustable ratchet system and headband for a secure, customised fit. It is compatible with eyewear and goggles worn underneath. A removable, breathable sweatband enhances comfort during extended use. The faceshield adapts to various hard hat models via a separately sold adaptor. Multiple tilt positions allow users to adjust the visor angle for optimal visibility and comfort.
- Extended top and chin coverage for enhanced facial protection
- Replaceable visor with multiple tilt positions for user comfort
- Dielectric design safe for use near electrical equipment
