CA-40G Tunnelling Kit with AerGO PAPR

The unit is a lightweight, ergonomic respiratory protection system designed for extended wear in demanding conditions. It features a slim profile measuring just 65 millimetres in thickness, allowing use in confined spaces. The system includes a belt-mounted control unit with integrated filtration and a clear digital display for easy monitoring. Operation is simplified with a single-button interface and automatic altitude adjustment via a built-in barometric sensor.

It provides protection against airborne particulates, gases and vapours through a combination of particle and gas/vapour filters. The airflow remains constant at four adjustable levels—160, 175, 190 or 210 litres per minute—regardless of filter loading or battery status. Audible, visual and vibrating alarms alert the user to low airflow or low battery charge. The filter design ensures a consistent seal with every replacement, maintaining protection integrity.

Suitable for use in tunnelling, grinding, welding and other industrial applications where respiratory, head, eye and hearing protection is required. The kit includes a flip-up visor holder with universal lamp bracket and reflective tape for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. The wide curved polycarbonate visor offers a broad field of view and impact resistance. The system is balanced and comfortable, with high mechanical durability for rugged use.
