Clear Faceshield and Earmuff Assembly

This assembly combines a clear visor with adjustable headgear and built-in earmuffs for full facial and hearing protection. The visor is made from replaceable polycarbonate and designed to withstand medium impact. The headgear uses a ratchet mechanism to allow quick and secure fitting. It is intended for use where both face and ear protection are required.

The visor guards against flying particles, splashes and low to medium energy impacts common in machining or grinding tasks. The earmuffs provide Class 4 hearing protection, reducing exposure to loud machinery noise. Together they meet the AS/NZS 1337 standard for eye and face protectors. The system is designed for repeated use in demanding work environments.

It is commonly worn in workshops, construction sites and manufacturing plants where eye, face and noise hazards are present. The clear visor ensures unobstructed vision while maintaining protection. The earmuffs are positioned to seal effectively over the ears without interfering with the visor or headgear. Replacement lenses are available separately under ERC430.
