Clear Protective Visor

This face protection component features a transparent shield designed to attach securely to safety helmets. It allows for rapid replacement using a simple mechanism that requires no tools. The lens shape enhances peripheral vision and provides extended coverage around the jaw area. Adjustment controls are positioned for ease of use, even when wearing protective gloves.

The visor guards against flying particles, splashes and low-energy impacts commonly encountered in manufacturing, construction and maintenance tasks. Its optical clarity ensures minimal distortion, supporting accurate vision during detailed work. The design avoids adding bulk to the helmet system while maintaining a secure fit during movement. It is intended for use in environments where facial protection is required alongside head safety.

It is suitable for attachment to a range of industrial safety helmets through a universal fitting system. The headband incorporates soft, layered materials to improve comfort during extended wear. Ventilation properties help reduce heat buildup, and the band can be cleaned for reuse. Movement of the visor is controlled via a smooth hinge with fixed positions for both stowed and deployed states.
