Description and applications
The glove is engineered to minimise vibration transfer when operating equipment at medium to high rotational speeds exceeding 300 hertz. It incorporates a specialised foam layer in the palm and fingers designed to absorb and dampen oscillatory forces. This helps lower the risk of vibration related disorders from prolonged tool use. The outer layer combines micro fibre with a silicon grip surface for enhanced control and durability.
It provides protection against hand and arm vibration syndrome caused by continuous exposure to vibrating machinery. Common applications include angle grinders, air powered tools, sanders and other vibratory equipment where operators face sustained vibration exposure. The design specifically targets the reduction of harmful vibrations that can lead to nerve and circulatory damage over time. By attenuating these forces it supports safer long term operation of high vibration tools.
The glove meets EN388:2016 standards with a cut resistance rating of C under the TDM100 test method. Additional performance includes abrasion level 3, tear level 3 and puncture level 1 as defined by the EN388:2016 3X31C classification. Vibration reduction performance complies with ISO/EN10819:2013 showing a TRM of 0.68 and TRH of 0.47. Packaging is biodegradable with one glove per pack and twenty four packs per carton.
