Bailey Ext 12 150kg Rated Aluminium Extension Ladder

Getting secure access to high eaves or ceiling fixtures often involves struggling with unstable equipment that sways under load. The BAILEY Pro Aluminium Extension 12 solves this by providing a rigid, professional-grade climbing platform designed specifically for trade and commercial environments. Whether you are working on a construction site or managing maintenance in a large warehouse, these ladders provide the reach and stability required for heavy-duty industrial tasks.

Day-to-day use is made easier through the PUNCHLOCK® D rung construction, which creates an ergonomic stepping surface that reduces foot fatigue during long shifts. The interlocking stiles are a key functional detail, as they minimise side sway to ensure a more secure ascent for the user. To keep the operation smooth, the 8 mm kernmantle rope and pulley system keeps the line clear of the user's feet, while PVC boots provide slip resistance on various floor surfaces. Rung wear pads further assist by protecting the surrounding surfaces when raising or lowering the sections.

This aluminium unit is rated for 150 kg and is manufactured to AS 1892. It features a 12 rung configuration with a maximum height of 6.53 metres and is backed by a 5-year warranty. This specific build is suited for overhead installations where a high load capacity and rust resistance are required.
