This device is a self retracting lifeline designed to arrest falls while allowing freedom of movement during work at height. It features a compact, lightweight construction that enables easy transport and handling on job sites. The internal mechanism uses corrosion resistant materials to ensure long service life and consistent performance. A side payout design minimises friction and wear on the cable and guide components during operation.

It protects workers from serious injury or death resulting from falls from elevated surfaces such as roofs, scaffolds, or structural steel. The engineered spring tension provides smooth retraction without pulling or dragging on the user, reducing fatigue during prolonged use. Load monitoring is built into the snap hook, which visually indicates when the unit has experienced a fall event and must be removed from service. This helps maintain safety compliance without requiring annual factory recertification.

It is commonly used in construction, maintenance, offshore operations, and industrial settings where fall arrest protection is required. The unit includes dual swivels—one at the top attachment point and one on the snap hook—to prevent lifeline twisting during use. The stainless steel snap hook has an 18mm opening for secure connection to harnesses or anchor points. The entire system weighs 4kg and is supplied as a single unit with a 6.2m working length.
