Description and applications
The Family kit is a medium sized soft pack made for households, day trips and recreation. It suits one person or a whole family, and it is listed with the TGA under registration 128314.
There are 129 pieces inside, including plastic plasters, a conforming bandage, a triangular bandage, gauze swabs, non-adherent dressings, a No.13 wound dressing and a selection of wound wipes. A burn gel sachet, eye wash ampoules and an eye pad cover burns and eye injuries, while splinter probes, cotton tip applicators, tweezers and scissors handle the smaller jobs. A resuscitation face shield and gloves are included as well.
